Muammar al-Gaddafi

This guy is one scary dude.. He has these wicked wrinkles on his face and little evil eyes tucked under his brows. I tried to really tangle up that hair too, because if you check out other photos of this dude he is always disheveled. The dude was was a fun character. I hope to get to some more world leader caricatures this week as well!
